Las Vegas dentist, Dr. Azimi, announces patient referral program with a drawing for a Hawaiian vacation

A letter from Dr. Azimi to his Las Vegas dental patients:
As you know, I am committed to overall health and well-being. I believe oral health serves as a first-line of defense against infection and disease. The team at Dr. Azimi is here to help you obtain optimal health through wellness check-ups and exceptional dental care.
I’m writing to be sure you know how much we appreciate your referrals and to let you know about our referral program for the coming year. It includes a trip for two to Hawaii, two iPad giveaways, monthly $100 gift card drawings and $55 in savings for each referral!
For Each Referral
Existing patients who refer new patients receive:
- A $35 gift toward Azimi dental services; to be used as desired for services (not products).
- A $20 gift card; usually to Starbuck’s, but you can let us know if you’d prefer something else.
That’s $55 to you, to thank you for your vote of confidence in our team.
Free Bleaching
Additionally, you may not know that for patients who have regular dental hygiene checkups (at least every six months), we provide free bleaching for life. After your second cleaning, we’ll fit you for custom bleaching trays and from then on, as long as you maintain your regular check-up schedule, we’ll give you free bleaching supplies.
Referral Promotion
Refer 12 new patients over the age of 17 between June 2011 and May 2012 and you’ll be entered into our drawing for a two-person Hawaii vacation! The getaway includes two round-trip tickets between Las Vegas and Hawaii and one room for four days/three nights at a luxury Hawaiian resort.
In addition to the Hawaii vacation drawing next June, we’re doing a monthly drawing for a $100 gas or Target gift card for patients who refer at least two new adult patients that month.
In December and June we’ll hold drawings for patients that referred at least eight new patients during the preceding six months. Two drawing winners will each receive a 16 GB iPad 2 (a $499 value).
