Las Vegas dentist, Dr. Azimi, announces August referring patient of the month

Dr. Azimi, a downtown Las Vegas cosmetic and general dentist, is pleased to announce the referring patient of the month for August.
As part of his patient referral program Dr. Azimi already provides a $35 credit for dental services and a $20 Starbucks gift card for each and every adult patient referral.
For the rest of 2010, each patient who refers at least two new adult patients to Dr. Azimi during a month is entered into a drawing to be named the Dr. Azimi Referring Patient of the Month, an honor that includes a $100 gift card award.
Dr. Azimi and his team are pleased to announce that Angel is the August Referring Patient of the Month.
His name was selected at random from a group of existing Dr. Azimi patients who referred at least two new patients to Dr. Azimi during the month.
Angel will receive a total of $140 in gift cards as well as a $70 credit to use toward Dr. Azimi dental services.
Also, Angel is on his way to qualify for a quarterly drawing for patients who refer at least four new patients during a three-month period. The Referring Patient of the Quarter drawing winner will receive a Mino HD Flip Video camera — a $229 value!
Dr. Azimi has also offered a drawing for a two-person, four-day trip to Hawaii for the Dr. Azimi patient who refers 12 new adult patients between June 2010 and May 2011. After referring new patients last month, Angel and a handful of other patients are now on their way to qualifying for the trip to Hawaii drawing next June.
Dr. Azimi patients who refer their family and friends to Dr. Azimi may be eligible for the Dr. Azimi referring patient of the month, quarter and year.
